At Atelier Mar we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If your piece isn't right, we're happy to help with your return and/or exchange.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, tags and hygiene protection attached/intact
- Free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, tanning products or any other marks
For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask that swimwear is tried on over underwear.
Please do not remove the hygiene protection or tags until you are certain you wish to keep your item otherwise we are unable to accept your return.
How to request a Return
Please fill out the Returns Form within 14 days of receiving your order. Don't forget to include your Order Number. Email and reason for return.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process it within 14 days in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
The cost of returning an item is £2,99 and is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged and/or not as described.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of date of purchase at customerservice@ateliermar.co.uk. Please include your Order Number and photographs of the issue.
Your Statutory Rights remain unaffected.
Exchanges
If you require a different size, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order on your preferred size. This allows us to process your new order as quickly as possible.
Atelier Mar reserves the right to refuse a return where an item has been worn, marked, washed or returned without the required hygiene protection.
